Public Interest Technology

Public interest technology refers to the study and application of technology expertise to advance the public interest/generate public benefits/promote the public good. (Public Interest Technology University Network, nd).  This is an exciting new development that promises to create a public interest workforce that can power technology in government and the nonprofit sector.
